The Benefits of Process to the Kingdom pt.5

Greetings! We are continuing in our series on the benefits of process to the Kingdom. There is a season where you may feel that things are not happening in your life as quickly as you would like or not in the way you would like them to. Process may not always be a pleasant experience, but it is purposeful. Think about what God has spared you from based on the path you are on. We must see the blessing and benefits in the process.

We are going to look at how process protects you from the enemy.

8. Process protects - us from the enemy’s attack.

A. It keeps us hidden until we are in the right place at the right time.

Sometimes, when you are in a season where you are unknown and very little is taking place in the natural, God has you in hiding. He is doing a work on you and in you to prepare you for where you are going.

Ps.31:20 DBY "Thou keepest them concealed in the secret of thy presence from the conspiracies of man; thou hidest them in a pavilion from the strife of tongues."

Ps.27:5 DBY "For in the day of evil he will hide me in his pavilion; in the secret of his tent will he keep me concealed: he will set me high upon a rock.”

B. God giving us what we desire and need in seed form is also a form of protection. It takes faith to manifest the seed.

God is the best Steward. He gives each of us opportunities to see how we will handle the seed He gives us. God is not going to give you something you can't handle.

Mt.13:23 NET “But as for the seed sown on good soil, this is the person who hears the word and understands. He bears fruit, yielding a hundred, sixty, or thirty times what was sown."

C. God is guarding and protecting you through process so when you come out on the other side, He will be glorified.

God is purposeful in everything He does. His focus is on the expansion of His Kingdom. When you manifest His will, He is glorified. Protection is necessary for that to take place.

Prov.2:8 NLT "He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him”

Ps.31:8  NIV "You have not given me into the hands of the enemy but have set my feet in a spacious place."

Ps.23:5 NLT "You prepare a feast for me in the presence of my enemies. You honor me by anointing my head with oil. My cup overflows with blessings."

D. God will use your time of process while you are protected and hidden to sharpen you for when He reveals you.

God is so good. He actually gives us the opportunity to prepare for our assignment. We have to be cognizant of the fact that we are in a season of preparation and use our time wisely.

Is.49:2 Douay-Rheims Bible "And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword: in the shadow of his hand he hath protected me, and hath made me as a chosen arrow: in his quiver he hath hidden me.”

Questions

1.  Are you patient enough to wait until God reveals you or do you think you have to promote yourself?

2.   Do you recognize the potential in the seed God gives you?

The Benefits of Process to the Kingdom pt.6

2 Timothy 1:7 “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

2 Timothy 1:7 AMP “For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control.”

One of the biggest hindrances to us manifesting is fear. We have to attack this issue head-on. I can tell when people are dealing with fear in their lives by what comes out of their mouth. Your speech will betray you. We are continuing in this teaching on process dealing with the issue of fear so that we can boldly walk into the manifestation God has for us.

9. Process removes – fear, which tries to hinder us

A. Process will break the spirit of fear and cause to walk out your purpose boldly, even if you don’t have what the world says you need to do what you do.

Acts 4:13 NLT "The members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been with Jesus.”

B.    Process will embolden you to the place that even in the face of threats, you will obey God.

Acts 4:29 ISV "Lord, pay attention to their threats now, and allow your servants to speak your word boldly “

Acts 23:11 ISV "That night the Lord stood near Paul and said, "Have courage! For just as you have testified about me in Jerusalem, you must testify in Rome, too.”

2 Chron.15:8 "And when Asa heard these words, and the prophecy of Oded the prophet, he took courage, and put away the abominable idols out of all the land of Judah and Benjamin, and out of the cities which he had taken from mount Ephraim, and renewed the altar of the LORD, that was before the porch of the LORD."

C.    Process will bring you to a place where fear is no longer an option. It will cause you to not care what anyone thinks as long as God is glorified.

Phil.1:20 NLT "For I fully expect and hope that I will never be ashamed, but that I will continue to be bold for Christ, as I have been in the past. And I trust that my life will bring honor to Christ, whether I live or die.”

Ps.112:8 NLT "They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly.

In these times we are living in, as the body of Christ and citizens of His Kingdom we must stand boldly on the Word of God and cast out the spirit of fear. We must not compromise or give into fear based on what we see, but live by God's Word.

This is the greatest hour of the true Church. Be aware that there is an apostate church that is very active in the world today. Do not compromise God's Word. Stand boldly in the power, love and sound mind God has given you!

Questions

1. Do you care more about what people will think or what God thinks?

2. Is a spirit of fear operating in your life in any area?

The Benefits of Process to the Kingdom pt.7

We are finally at the end of this series on process. I pray that the lessons have been beneficial to you. This month, we are going to look at how process provokes you to the next level. If we are part of God's Kingdom, there is always a new level. And as Kingdom citizens, we should want to see all of our fellow citizens continue to move to a higher level as well. We will also be looking at how process qualifies you for manifestation.

10. Process provokes - us to the next level, keeps us unsatisfied

A.    Process will provoke you to encourage others to push for a higher level.

Heb.10:24 NIV "And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,”

2 Tim.4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine."

1 Th.5:11 NLT "So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.”

B.    Process brings you to a place of recognizing that there is always a higher level to attain. You can’t stay where you are. The Kingdom of God is always increasing.

Phil.3:14 "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.”

1 Cor.9:24 "Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.

11. Process qualifies – you for the manifestation as sons of God.

A. Process will cause you to operate like God. God speaks to things. What He speaks manifest. We have to do the same thing. We speak God’s Word and we expect it to manifest.

John 1:12 “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:”

Mark 11:24 “Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”

B. You must be led by the Holy Spirit to be a son of God. If you are in the body of Christ, but you are a carnal Christian, you are not yet considered a son of God. You may be a child of God, but sons are led.

Romans 8:14 “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.”

C. God is not going to allow manifestation to take place in the life of those who do not qualify for it. God is the Ultimate Steward. He does not allow waste in His Kingdom

Matthew 13:10-13 NIV “The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?” He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them. Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them. This is why I speak to them in parables: “Though seeing, they do not see;
though hearing, they do not hear or understand.”

D. Process will help you get beyond the elementary stage.

Hebrews 6:1 NLT “So let us stop going over the basic teachings about Christ again and again. Let us go on instead and become mature in our understanding. Surely we don’t need to start again with the fundamental importance of repenting from evil deeds and placing our faith in God.”

E. When you know how to operate as a son, you understand that your manifestation was a result of God working through you, not by your hard work and effort.

Proverbs 10:22 GWT “It is the LORD's blessing that makes a person rich, and hard work adds nothing to it.”
