It is amazing to look at a comparison of what it is like birthing a child in the physical to birthing something in the spirit. In the process of birth, labor is a time when you are selective in what you allow around you. Labor is a time when you are most vulnerable. Labor is also a time when you are in great transition. You go from being self focused to focusing on the assignment set before you. In either case, physical or spiritual, it is no longer about you. You have been blessed to be a part of the big picture in God's Kingdom plan. We know in the natural scheme of things that only women give birth to children, but in the spirit, everyone in the Kingdom of God gives birth to an assignment.
